Zutaten:

500 g Mehl (Weizenmehl Typ 550)
250 g Wasser, lauwarmes
2 EL Olivenöl
20 g Hefe
7 g Salz

Alle Zutaten vermischen und mindestens 8 Minuten zu einem geschmeidigen Teig verkneten.
30 Minuten ruhen lassen.
Mit Mehl bestäuben und auf Blechgröße ausrollen.
